Dennis Lake – Was named after David Dennis a local aboriginal. This is a very beautiful campsite however its also been the location of what I would call “Camp Hogging” by people from outside of the province moving in and staying all summer and leaving in the fall or even some very late in the fall. The road in is a little rough, but fine considering what it has to offer inside. This lake is the headwaters to the Copper (Zymoetz) River and goes downstream all the way to to Terrace B.C.. A trail along the lake shore leaves from the campsite, and nearby is the Silvern Lakes Recreation Trail (approx. 4km east).

Seriously Ministry of Environment? No update in 54 years? And you want is to report violations when you show you do not even care about our resources enough to do the simplest task in conservation? But not to be outdone by the DFO who also show a total zero on management here.
